We want you to absolutely love Baja Llama and the entire experience that comes with it. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. We can only accept items that have NOT been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and returns must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed during party season (October 1 - December 31st) are eligible for return through January 31st of the following year so long as they are unworn and i their original condition with all tags and accessories. We don't off free returns for international shipments unless the item was damaged/defective upon arrival. In this instance we require picture verification to provide you with return shipping label.

Once we receive the product(s) you'd like to return, we'll inspect the item(s) and then refund your precious $$$ ASAP! We really do strive to process all returns within 2-4 days, but all things considering, it can take up to 2 weeks for the return to be completely processed. It can then take another 5-7 business days for your bank to process the return amount and send it into your account.
If your item was damaged, defective, or you just happen to receive the wrong item, please email us at Hello@bajallama.com and we'll make it right, but also know you can just simply start the returns process by going to https://mybajallama.myreturnscenter.com/. Please include a clear picture of the item and a description of the issue for reference if you email us first.
Please note some items are completely non returnable - unless the item arrived with damage or manufacturers defect. All SALE items more than or equal to 20% OFF are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange unless there was a damage or defect prior to arrival. Just let us know what's going on and we'll work with you.
We will exchange your new items for your old items when we have confirmation the package has been shipped. In order to receive your new order as fast as possible, we recommend simply placing a new order for your new goods, and we will reimburse your old order after it has arrived here at the warehouse.
