RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love Baja Llama and the entire experience that comes with it. That's why we offer free returns within 60 days from the date your order was delivered. We can only accept items that have NOT been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and returns must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed during party season (October 1 - December 31st) are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

All items will be shipped with a second sealable shipping bag or a resealable shipping bag to make things super easy for you.

Once we receive the product(s) you'd like to return, we'll inspect the item(s) and then refund your precious $$$ ASAP! We do really strive to process all returns within 7-14 days, but all things considering, it can take up to 4 weeks for the return to be completely processed. It can then take another 5-7 business days for your bank to process the return amount and send it into your account.

If your item was damaged, defective, or you just happen to receive the wrong item, please email us at Hello@bajallama.com and we'll make it right, but also know you can just simply start the returns process by going to https://bajallama.happyreturns.com/ Please include a clear picture of the item and a description of the issue for reference if you email us first.

Please note some items are completely non returnable - unless is was f*cked up when it got there, in which case we will always return it! Again - just let us know whats going on and we'll work with you.

EXCHANGES

In order to serve you the best way possible we do not offer direct exchanges - instead lets be smart about this. You'll get your hot gear in the right color/size or print fastest if you simply return the original item and immediately order the one you want.
