RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love Baja Llama and the entire experience that comes with it. That's why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any return or exchange request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
What We Accept
We can only accept items that have NOT been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and returns must include all original packaging and tags.
All items will be shipped with a second sealable shipping bag or a resealable shipping bag to make things super easy for you.
Party Season Return Deadline
Orders placed during party season (October 1 - December 31st) are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

Receiving My Refund
Once we receive the product(s) you'd like to return, we'll inspect the item(s) and then refund your precious $$$ ASAP!
We really do strive to process all returns within 7-14 days, but all things considering, it can take up to 4 weeks for the return to be completely processed. It can then take another 5-7 business days for your bank to process the return amount and send it into your account.
Damaged Items
If your item was damaged, defective, or you just happen to receive the wrong item we'll make it right. You can just simply start the returns process by clicking HERE and uploading an image of the damaged or incorrect item.
Please include a clear picture of the item and a description of the issue for reference. Please note some items are completely non returnable - unless is was f*cked up when it got there, in which case we will always return it! Again - just let us know whats going on and we'll work with you.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange for a different color/size or print, simply submit a request by clicking HERE. Once we get the original item back, we'll ship the new one out and get you your hot gear!
