Ayahuasca – How Bending Your Mind Can Straighten Your Life

Ayahuasca – How Bending Your Mind Can Straighten Your Life

Ayahuasca is an amazon basin concoction of plants that will absolutely turn your world inside and out! The primary ingredients are Banisteriopsis caapi and Psychotria viridis.

Banisteriopsis caapi is another name for ayahuasca. Caapi or yagé, is a South American vine that can grow up to 30 feet in length. This doesn’t actually melt your mind, but it’s the main catalyst for wrecking havoc. You see – B. caapi contains several alkaloids that act as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). This basically means that without it, the psychoactive effects of Psychotria viridis wouldn’t affect you when taken orally. In our opinion, Psychotria viridis is the real star of the show because it contains the all powerful, god creating hallucinogenic psychoactive compound, dimethyltryptamine (DMT). This is known in party circles everywhere as DMT.

Most 20 year olds know DMT from smoking it out of a bong and looking out of control for a few measly minutes. When you orally ingest DMT, the effects are much longer lasting.

Now to the good part. No, I don’t mean dancing in a circle with a bunch of crazies tripping balls and finding yourself. I mean the medicinal benefits of this super drug – although we like tripping balls from time to time also.

Below is a list of clinically proven benefits that ayahuasca can help if used properly. (Note: not from USA clinical trials because our legislators are too ignorant to be objective).

1) Sex addiction
2) drug addiction
3) Violent outbreaks
4) Suicidal thoughts
5) Self esteem
6) Rapid emotional processing and healing
7) Personal insight to patterns, habits and behaviors
8) Release of negative psychological programs and illnesses
9) Healing of anxiety and depression related illness
10) Spiritual awakening, expanded consciousness and spiritual
connection
11) Healing and connection with multidimensional aspects of yourself
and all existence
12) Deep, multi-level physical detoxification and healing of many physical conditions and traumas.

DMT effects everyone differently. Your body will take it in and your mind will process the chemical to help you perceive past, present and future situations. Thus – no one can be on your level. By this we mean it will take your past depression and help alleviate the present and future depression by engaging with previous trauma. Setting a course for your body and mind to bypass the future effects. It works the same way for addictions, stress and anxiety. The magic of ayahuasca is that it can awaken the worst darkness you have buried inside and turn it into a shining memory.

Purging is a big part of the ceremonial process. This can be a catalyst for your transformation so don’t try and suppress it. You’ll want to hide, cry or lay-down. You may even want to freak out but whatever your inner self tells you to do – do it – don’t think about it.

You’ll also see some really crazy shit too if that is what you’re after. One of us had the not so pleasant adventure of being involved with ayahuasca in an apartment in Buenos Aires, many miles from the Peruvian market we bought it at. Trust us, take it with a shaman in Peru. Preferably at a retreat in the jungle.
